ADOM Arcana supplement unveiled

Hi everyone!

Today I'd like to give you brief teaser about one of the most rare ADOM collectibles to be created during the Resurrect ADOM Development crowdfunding campaign: The ADOM Arcana supplement.
It is a part of the ADOM RPG boxed set available to donors of $400+ donor level. I already briefly mentioned it in a recent blog post concerning physical rewards but today would like to explain more about it.

The supplement is a 32 page booklet included in the box and it extends the ADOM Light RPG rules by providing more stuff to customize and extend your characters:
  • Rules on multi-classing
  • Advanced classes that allow for deeper specialization (berserkers, crime lords, gladiators, knights, raider lords, warlocks/witches)
  • Master classes that define your ultimate path in the game (archmage, champion of order, chaos knight, judge of balance, prophet of chaos, prophet of order)
  • Rules for a talent system like the one in the game allowing for more personalization of your character
The somewhat sad thing about it (to me) is that these 32 pages will only be available for a very small number of people (less than 50) and then never again - but such is the nature of crowdfunding promises... the way I do them.

So here's at least a glance at all the pages of content without giving away the details:

The incredible art comes from a multitude of artists:
©Amora Game; Jay Sloan; Bartek Blaszczec; Brian Brinlee; Daniel Comerci (www.hounworks.it); Toby Gregory; Jeremy Hart; The Forge Studios: Maciej Zagorski ; Bradley K. McDevitt; David Rabitte; Shaman’s Stockart; Some artwork © 2016 Earl Geier, used with permission All rights reserved; Some artwork © 2016 Brett Neufeld, used with permission. All rights reserved; Some art by Heather Shinn and J. M. Woiak of the STINKYGOBLIN; Some artwork © 2015 Dean Spencer, used with permission. All rights reserved.
An unboxing video will follow as soon as the proof copy arrives (which should be this week).

And though the text will be used but once I am looking forward to incorporating parts of these ideas into future versions of ADOM :-)

  1. It's so pretty! I wish I could have afforded it, but them's the breaks. Thanks for the peek at it. I'm sure it will be enjoyed by the recipients!

  2. Very nice! I'm glad you shared this. You succeeded in creating a cool coveted artifact. But yes, a bit sad that it (and the ADOM Lite RPG, which I do have) is limited and so won't be very available.
